At Smarty Vets, we are committed to providing high-quality medications and products for the health and well-being of your pets. Due to federal regulations, we are unable to accept returns of medications once they have been dispensed.

Prescription Medications:
- No Returns or Exchanges: Federal law prohibits the return of prescription medications for resale or re-dispensing once they have been dispensed. This ensures the safety and integrity of medications.
- Exceptions: We are unable to make exceptions to this policy, as it is designed to protect public health and ensure that all medications are safe and effective.
- Federal and State regulations prohibit returns on prescription drugs, except when drugs are subject to a recall. These regulations are enforced to ensure that all prescription drugs do not get exposed to anyone’s control outside of the pharmacy. Non-Prescription Products:
- For non-medication products, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase for return or exchange options. Items must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify.
