All diet items (Hill's Pet Nutrition, Royal Canin Veterinary Diets, and Purina) ship directly from the manufacturer for FREE for orders over $100.00 and $10.00 for orders under $100.00. These items are not available for Two-Day or Overnight shipping.

Prices above reflect shipping rates for most compounded medications, shipped from Mixlab Pharmacy. Shipping rates may vary for certain compounded medications that require special handling.
Order Approvals & Shipping
- Orders containing non-prescription items or items with approved prescriptions on file will be processed immediately.
- Your veterinarian will be contacted for orders requiring prescription approval. Once approved, your order will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- You will see a hold on your card when your order is placed. Credit cards will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
- Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
Temperature Sensitive Items
- Temperature sensitive medications (including many injectable products and certain liquids) must ship via FedEx Priority Overnight (1–2 business days). This shipping option will be automatically selected for these items.
- Time and temperature-sensitive products will ship Monday through Thursday to ensure delivery before the weekend.
- All autoship orders are subject to the above conditions.
Additional State Restrictions
Additional state restrictions for specific products are included in the product information on the site. Some products may not be available for shipping to certain states due to regulatory requirements.
Returns & Refunds (Prescription & OTC)
Your veterinary clinic's pharmacy partners are unable to take returns of prescription products due to state and federal laws governing pharmaceutical returns. All prescription sales are final.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to our customer support team via live chat on the website. Refunds are processed within 1 business day; please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
