Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Welactin and Welactin Advanced 3TA?
Welactin Advanced 3TA is roughly twice as concentrated per milliliter (975 mg omega-3s in a 2 mL scoop versus 1,610 mg in a 6 mL scoop of standard Welactin Canine liquid) and adds ETA, an omega-3 from green-lipped mussel not found in the standard formula.
What does 3TA mean?
It refers to the three targeted omega-3 fatty acids in the formula: EPA, DHA, and ETA. ETA (eicosatetraenoic acid) is a long-chain omega-3 found in marine lipid sources such as green-lipped mussel.
How much Welactin Advanced 3TA should I give my dog?
Follow the weight chart on the label: broad-spectrum support starts at 1/4 scoop daily for dogs 4–7 lb and scales to about 3 1/2 scoops for the largest dogs, with higher amounts often recommended for joint support. Your veterinarian can tailor the amount for your dog.
